Eligible Returns

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery
• Unused products in original packaging with tags intact
• Custom or heavily discounted clearance items may be non-returnable

Refunds

Approved prepaid refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
